The Cove At Flat Gap development in Cullowhee, NC offers the following features for the use of its owners and their guests.
Access Gate
The Cove has an electronic gate with an electronic keypad. The gates are open to all visitors from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Utilities
The Cove currently has underground electric and phone lines serving 52 of its 57 lots. Optimum Cable provides high-speed internet access throughout the community.
